By using this site or purchasing products from us via web, phone or face to face you are agreeing to our terms detailed below.
All orders are subject to approval by Perfectpos and our merchant bank or finance partners. All goods remain the property of perfectpos until full payment has been made. In the event of any returned or cancelled payment any goods supplied will revert to the ownership of perfect pos who reserve the right to remove them from your business property.
All of our card processing services require approval from our merchant bank partners, all finance and lease packages require approval from our finance partners. Approval is usually subject to status. By ordering anything from us you are expressly giving us full permission and approval to use any details you provide us for the purpose of processing your application with your chosen merchant bank or finance provider and getting your account open and setup. We may share your information with the merchant bank or finance provider as part of this process but will not give any information to any other parties.
In the event your application is declined by any merchant bank or finance provider after all requested information and documents have been provided in a timely manner we will offer a full refund on any monies you have paid for equipment, subject to return of all equipment in an unused condition.
MyPos devices are sold with a 30 Day money back guarantee, should you wish to return your device within 30 days please contact us . Devices returned under this policy must be in excellent condition with no damage. If any damage is found we reserve the right to refuse refund and return the devices or charge the cost of any repairs and deduct this from any refund.
Perfectpos does not have any access to any merchant account they setup with any merchant bank. Customers are advised to ensure they keep all passwords, pins and passcodes secure and not to share them with anyone. Customers are also advised to look at the potential risks associated with accepting card payments and ensure they and their staff are aware of the most common fraud methods used by criminals, taking necessary precautions to protect their business . Perfect pos accept no liability whatsoever for any type of loss any customer may ever experience from any type of illegal activity.
All of our Merchant service and finance partners have their own detailed terms of service and by ordering a service from us you are also agreeing to the terms of the provider you have chosen.
Where a product we have provided comes with a warranty the following terms apply. Any warranty issue within the first 30 days of delivery will be dealt with by Perfect POS, any issues after this 30 day period will be dealt with by the manufacturer. In the event of any warranty related issue perfect POS will assist you in resolving the problem in any way possible.
