The monthly fee is payable by Direct debit each month per terminal, the terminals remains the property of Perfect POS, if monthly payments stop for any reason the terminal must be returned or the full cost will be due to be paid. There is no minimum term if you may return the terminal at any time.

Will I still have to pay when I'm not using the card reader?
With The Payzing Terminal, you pay the transaction fee per transaction when you get paid. You then also pay the monthly cost by Direct Debit.
Will I be tied into a contract?
With our pay monthly Payzing Terminal, there is a fixed 30 day rolling service agreement.

Can I accept cash payments with Payzing?
Yes, of course. We know that you need to be flexible when it comes to offering your customers a variety of ways to pay for your products and services. You won’t be charged any transaction fees for cash payments.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
With normal usage, the Terminal lasts up to 14 hours. You can charge it using the included standard USB-C charger.
Can my employees share one Terminal, and can I hide sensitive information or settings?
Yes, your employees can have individual staff profiles, allowing them to use the Terminal without accessing sensitive business information. During transactions, customers will only be able to make payments and won’t have access to other features on the device.
You can customise permissions, such as who can process refunds, apply discounts, or modify item prices in your catalogue.
Can I disable receipt printing or print on demand?
Yes, you can adjust your Terminal settings to either print receipts automatically after every transaction or choose to print only when needed.
Can I disable, enable, and customise VAT on items I sell?
Yes, VAT can be enabled or disabled, and you can set specific VAT rates for each item in your catalogue.
How drop-resistant is the Terminal?
The Terminal is designed with durability in mind, having undergone standard laboratory tests that confirm its robustness under controlled conditions. However, this doesn’t guarantee resistance to all impacts or drops in every real-world scenario. We suggest handling it with care to ensure correct functionality and longevity. Please consult the warranty policy for more information.
