The monthly fee is payable by Direct debit each month per terminal, the terminals remains the property of Perfect POS, if monthly payments stop for any reason the terminal must be returned or the full cost will be due to be paid.There is no minimum term if you may return the terminal at any time.

Do I need to pay extra for POS Software?
No this device includes built in POS software free, no extra purchase costs or monthly fees, you get the terminal and the software for the low monthly cost making this one of the best value payment systems in the UK
Can I have multiple card machines for my Business?
Yes, this device is perfect for busy businesses and events who need lots of terminals, the low cost also means it’s worth having extra machines to speed up service and save staff time. Many of our customers use a one terminal per staff member model which allows increased tracking of staff activity.
Am I able to see all of my activities in one place?
You will get a log in to a web portal and also an app you can use on any phone if you prefer. In here you can setup products, see total and product sales and see all transactions, broken down into various options. For any business this portal will allow you to operate very effectively and efficiently.
How do I sign up?
Once you have ordered from the website you will get a special sign up link to open your account, this should only take a few minutes and you can be up and running straight away. You will also get a link to set up the monthly service fee direct debit and the terminal will be shipped out on a 24 hour delivery service.
Can my staff have access to all the information on the account?
You can setup separate staff accounts with just the access you want them to have, so they cant change prices or see total sales figures etc.
Is there a minimum term contract?
No, the monthly fee is just a service charge, the terminal remains our property and can be returned at any time and the payments stopped. Please be aware that by ordering this item you are agreeing to our terms, which includes for this product, that failure to pay the monthly fee or return the terminal will result in you being liable for the full cost of the terminal. If you lose or break the terminal within the first 18 months you will also be liable for the full cost of replacement or repair. After 18 months if lost or broken we can start a new agreement without charge. The terminal also comes with a 12 month warranty.
Can I have Trial of your POS and Device?
Yes because there is no minimum contract you can order a terminal and if you are not happy in any way just return it to us.
The pricing says only for businesses expecting to do over £15k per month, what if I dont hit this level?
There is no financial penalty if you dont hit this turnover. We understand that businesses need time to grow so we will review your turnover after 18 months and see how you are getting on.
